Moist and fluffy chocolate cake!

Primeiramente aqueça a água que deve ficar quente mas sem ferver. Em uma bacia quebre os ovos e mexa bem com o auxílio de um fuê ou garfo. Em seguida adicione o açúcar, o óleo e misture bem.
Após isso, adicione a água e misture mais um pouquinho.

First, heat the water, which should be hot but not boiling. In a bowl, break the eggs and mix well with a whisk or fork. Then add the sugar, oil and mix well.
After that, add the water and mix a little more.

Agora coloque o chocolate em pó e vá adicionando a farinha de trigo aos poucos sempre misturando bem.
Quando a massa estiver homogênea, adicione o fermento e dê uma leve misturadinha.

Now put the chocolate powder and add the wheat flour little by little, always mixing well.
When the dough is homogeneous, add the yeast and give it a light mix.

Unte sua forma de buraco no meio, com manteiga e trigo. Despeje a massa e asse em forno médio a 180° por aproximadamente 40 minutos ou até que o palito saia limpo!


Grease your mold with a hole in the middle with butter and wheat. Pour the dough and bake in a medium oven at 180° for approximately 40 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean!
