- Brown Sugar160 g
- refined sugar160 g
- Salted butter at room temperature200 g

- Roasted and coarsely ground peanuts150 g
- Cocoa or chocolate powder 100%10 g
- Alcohol Vinegar10 ml
- Whole milk220 ml
- Salt (1 pinch) to taste
- Baking Powder10 g
- condensed milk395 g
- Heavy cream100 mg
- Powdered milk20 g
- Butter20 g
- Mix the dry ingredients (wheat flour, salt, baking powder and chocolate) and set aside. Mix the vinegar with the milk and set aside.
- In the bowl of a mixer beat the butter with the sugars for three minutes and add the eggs one by one.
- Then add the flour little by little alternating with the milk.
- Place the dough in a greased shape with mold release agent or butter and wheat flour.
- Bake in preheated oven at 200* for 50 minutes.
