- Gelatin envelope, Grape, lemon, cherry and pineapple flavor (as you prefer)4 unit(s)
- condensed milk395 g
- Whole milk (1 measure in a box of condensed milk) to taste
- Sour cream200 g
- Unflavored gelatin envelope12 g
- Prepare the colored jellies separately, dilute each one in 175 ml of boiling water and 175 ml of cold water
- Put it in square pots and take the fridge until they are very firm.
- Remove from the fridge and cut into squares and set aside
- In the blender beat the condensed milk, the whole milk, the cream and the hydrated unflavored gelatin (don't forget to rehydrate the gelatin, as per the instructions)
- In a greased form with a thread of oil and a spoon (soup) of water Turn the mold over and let the water drain.
- Then place the gelatin squares and add the white cream
- Take the fridge until it's firm.
