- Prepare each gelatin separately by dissolving each in 250 ml of boiling water.
- Dissolve each gelatin well, place each gelatin in a separate mold, preferably in square molds, refrigerate until very consistent or overnight.
- Remove the jellies from the fridge and cut into cubes, put them all together on a platter and set aside.
- In the blender add the cream with the whey, the condensed milk and beat well, then with the blender still on add the colorless unflavored gelatin dissolved according to the manufacturer's instructions, beat just to mix
- Pour the liquid over the reserved gelatin and mix gently, then refrigerate until it is consistent.
