@alelima21- Ingredients
- Recipe
- Granulated Tapioca500 g
- Sugar2 cup
- Milk (Boiled)1 l
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Coconut Milk1 can(s)
- grated coconut to taste
- First of all, put the liter of milk to boil in a large pot.
- While you wait (but pay attention to the milk, then don't cry over spilled milk lol) add all the granulated tapioca in a large bowl, with the two cups of sugar. Mix well.
- Add the boiled milk to the tapioca and sugar mixture, mix well until smooth. Let it rest for 5 minutes and see the magic happen.
- After 5 minutes, you will see that the tapioca will double in size, after all, I hydrate it with the milk. Now add the condensed milk, coconut milk and grated coconut (reserve some grated coconut to decorate the cakes). ALWAYS MIX WELL, the secret is here.
- Finished dough, now grease the molds (this recipe makes a lot, I always make two molds with a hole in the middle) with condensed milk.
- Add the dough in the forms and take it to the fridge for 2 hours.
- READY!! Now just unmold and decorate with condensed milk and grated coconut.
- Haaa, why is the mother-in-law cake? Because whenever I do, it's one for me and the other for her, she loves it.
- Attention: if you find it too sweet, reduce the sugar or don't put sugar in the recipe. I learned by doing and testing the way we like it here at Home.
