- 70% chocolate chips to decorate to taste
- Start with the semisweet chocolate mousse: melt the semisweet chocolate in the microwave every 30 seconds and when it is well melted, add the cream and mix until smooth and creamy
- Add the beaten egg whites little by little and mix gently, place on a platter and refrigerate for at least 1 hour
- Make the 70% Chocolate mousse: melt the chocolate in the microwave every 30 seconds, when it is well melted add the cream and mix well until smooth and creamy
- Add the beaten egg whites little by little until smooth.
- Combine this mousse with the mousse that stayed in the fridge and return to the fridge for at least 4 hours, finish with the chocolate drops and serve next đ
