- condensed milk395 g
- Strawberry Jellies40 g
- Sour cream200 g
- Powdered milk3 tablespoon
- Strawberries200 g
- Chopped semisweet chocolate150 g
- Chocolate powder2 tablespoon
- Chocolate sprinkles, strawberries and chocolate shavings to decorate to taste
- I dissolved the jellies in 300ml of hot water and waited to cool down. In the blender, I added half the condensed milk, half the cream, the dissolved gelatins, the powdered milk and blended for 2 minutes, mixed some chopped strawberries, put them in bowls and took them to the fridge for 1 hour.
- In a pan I prepared the chocolate brigadeiro, put what was left of the condensed milk and cream, chocolate powder, mixed well over low heat until creamy, added the chopped chocolate and stirred until it melted completely, turned off the heat and waited for it to cool .
- I removed the mousse from the fridge and covered it with the brigadeiro, decorated it with sprinkles, chocolate shavings and strawberries. Serve chilled.
