- Gelatin, flavor of your choice2 unit(s)
- Water250 ml
- heat the water, Dissolve gelatin packets in hot water and blend in a blender.
- Add condensed milk and cream. Whisk until foamy.
- Pour into a bowl or, if you prefer, in bowls. Let it freeze for 2 or 3 hours or until it is very consistent. If you want, after firm, decorate the mousse with strawberries.
