- Flavored gelatin of your choice4 unit(s)
- Boiling water600 ml
- Sour cream400 g
- Cooking oil for greasing to taste
- Dissolve 2 packets of flavored gelatin of your choice in 400ml of boiling water.
- Grease the silicone mold with cooking oil.
- Pour the gelatin in the silicone mold and take it to the fridge for at least 01 hour.
- After the gelatin hardens in the fridge… hit the blender: 200 ml of boiling water, 02 envelopes of gelatin with the flavor of your choice, 02 boxes of cream.
- Carefully place the mousse on top of the gelatin and put it back in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
