- Oil3 tablespoon
- Hot water3 tablespoon
- Vanilla essence1/2 teaspoon
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Yeast1 teaspoon
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Fruit or chocolate to taste
- Mix the ingredients in a bowl (Note: before incorporating fruits, mix them with a little flour)
- Grease cupcake molds and pour the batter in half
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20/25 minutes or until golden.
