- 1 and 1/2 cup powdered milk1 cup
- Milk200 ml
- Grated Coconut100 mg
- Boxes of strawberries, cleaned and cut in half (about 500mg)2 unit(s)
- 1. Place all ingredients in a blender, except the strawberries, and blend for approximately 2 minutes. 2. Pour this cream into a container with a lid and take it to the freezer for about 1 hour and a half. 3. The idea is to leave it until it starts to freeze, but not completely freeze, this time may vary depending on the refrigerator. 4. Once it's at the right point, take it out of the freezer and pass all the cream to the mixer. 5. Beat on high speed for about 10 minutes or until the cream has doubled in volume. 6. Take a form for pudding (if you prefer, you can grease it with a thin layer of oil) and pour some of that cream. 7. Throw in a little strawberry, add more cream and repeat this process until all the strawberry and cream are used up. 8. Cover with plastic wrap and place back in the freezer. Leave it for about 5 hours or until it is completely set. Then just unmold. 9. Keep stored in the freezer.
