- Corn (hominy)500 g
- Grated Fresh Coconut1 unit(s)
- Sugar1 cup
- Coconut milk200 ml
- Powdered milk100 g
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- condensed milk1 can(s)
- Pinch of salt to taste
- Cloves and Cinnamon Sticks to taste
- Cinnamon Powder to taste
- Soak the corn for 12 hours
- In the pressure cooker put the corn, the covo, cloves, cinnamon sticks, 2l of water and cook for 45 min
- Add the other ingredients and lead to the fire, for approx 20 min, always stirring, until thickening.
- Serve hot or chilled, sprinkled with ground cinnamon to taste.
