- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Coconut milk1/2 can(s)
- Powdered milk1 cup
- Cloves10 unit(s)
- Cinnamon stick1 unit(s)
- Cinnamon powder to taste
- Paçoca4 unit(s)
- Water1 l
- grated coconut to taste
- Let the corn soak for 12 hours.
- Put the corn in the pressure cooker with the cloves and cinnamon, add the water until all the corn is covered.
- Let it cook for 40 minutes
- After cooking, add and cream, condensed milk, grated coconut, coconut milk and powdered milk.
- Stir occasionally for about 10 min.
- Love the paçocas and add, stir a little and turn off the fire.
- Serve with ground cinnamon on top.
