Jar of full-fat or semi-skimmed natural yogurt (I used Nestlé)1 unit(s)
Organic Honey Flowers of Aroeira2 tablespoon
Organic Honey Mastic Flowers to decorate to taste

In the blender put the natural yogurt and honey and beat well until frothy
Place in a glass jar and decorate with Flores de Aroeira Organic honey, store in the fridge 😉
Tip: consume pure or with fruit, or granola or oatmeal, with chia or flaxseed 😉
