- Condensed milk1 unit(s)
- Sour cream2 unit(s)
- Unflavored gelatin1 unit(s)
- Strawberries500 g
- Sugar1 cup
- Water5 tablespoon
- Mousse: Dissolve gelatin in water, microwave for 30 seconds so that there are no lumps. Blend the dissolved gelatin, condensed milk, cream and yogurt in a blender. Pour into glasses and place in the fridge until firm.
- Jam: Wash and cut the strawberries into pieces not too small, so they don't melt completely when they cook. The strawberry will release water, continue reducing until it thickens. Let cool. When the mousse is firm and the jelly is cold. Cover the mousse with the jam.
