- melted unsalted butter50 g
- cream cheese400 g
- refined sugar100 g
- eggs2 unit(s)
- vanilla extract1 teaspoon
- Can of Heavy cream1 unit(s)
- In a blender or processor, grind the black biscuit until it forms a flour. Mix with melted butter. Press this mixture into an ovenproof dish with a removable bottom, forming the base of the cheesecake.
- In another container, with the help of the mixer, beat the cream cheese with the sugar. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add the vanilla extract and Heavy cream and beat again until smooth.
- Pour this mixture over the biscuit base in the container with the base and bake at 180°C, preheated, for about 1 hour or until the center of the cheesecake is set.
- Let it cool before unmolding. Take it to the fridge to freeze and serve next.
