- Crush the cookies with stuffing and then add the butter. It can be melted if you prefer. I crushed it until it became a crumb.
- I put the farofa in a shape with a removable hole, I hit it with my hand until I molded all the dough. I let the dough bake for 10 minutes and let it cool.
- For the lemon mousse, I prepared the gelatine according to the package. I beat the condensed milk, cream, lemon juice and gelatin in a blender for 5 minutes. Add over the negresco pie that was already cold.
- Melt the 2 chocolate bars in the microwave for 1 minute, mix and add another 1 minute until soft
- I carefully placed the chocolate on top of the mousse. After that I put it in the fridge. I left it overnight.
