- Melted butter200 g
- Wheat flour2 cup
- pinch of salt1 to taste
- In a bowl, mix the eggs with the sugar, then add the butter and Nescau.
- Mix everything very well and then add the wheat flour and a pinch of salt. (While I add the flour, I like to sift it)
- Stir until the dough is very homogeneous, it needs to be heavier than the dough of a common cake.
- Pour the dough into a greased and floured shape with Nescau.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
