- Wheat flour2 cup
- Oil1 cup
- Water1 cup
- Sugar1 cup

- Nescau3 tablespoon
- **FOR THE CAKE:
- Heat the water and oil in the microwave until it starts to boil, it takes approximately 2 minutes. I put 1 minute and I was adding another 30 seconds and watching. Be careful when taking it out of the microwave as the bowl will be very hot!
- Lightly beat the eggs in a bowl.
- Add Nescau and stir.
- Add the hot water and oil, stir.
- Add the sugar. Mix.
- Add the baking powder and incorporate into the dough.
- Grease two molds of approximately 15 cm in diameter and divide the dough. Use homemade cake release agent to grease the pan.
- Preheat the airfryer for 5 minutes at 180°C. Add the dough and let it bake for approximately 30 minutes. More at the end of this time, test the dough with a fork to check if it is already baked.
- The dough is very fluffy, so wait for it to cool before unmolding as there is a high chance of the cake breaking.
- **FOR BRIGADIER COVERAGE:
- Mix all the ingredients and take it to the low fire until it reaches the point of syrup, more soft.
- *CAKE OPTION: the second time I made the recipe, I changed the cup of water for milk and added only 150ml (1/2 cup) of oil, as the milk is already greasy. It was delicious too, but I didn't notice much difference in flavor.
