- Unleavened Wheat Flour10 tablespoon
- nescau3 tablespoon
- water2 cup
- sugar2 tablespoon
- mix all dry ingredients
- add the water little by little and mix until it forms a dough.
- in a frying pan put a thread of oil and put some of the dough. fry on both sides until golden around the edges
