- Condensed milk1 unit(s)
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- In a pan add the condensed milk, the cream and the Nesquik;
- Mix well until the Nesquik dissolves and take it to medium fire, stirring constantly until it starts to unglue from the bottom of the pan;
- Pour the brigadeiro on a plate and cover with plastic film, let it rest at room temperature for 24 hours (until you see it's hard)
- And then just roll.
