Misture o ovo, o açúcar e o óleo mexa  até ficar cremoso ,  acresente o leite ninho aos poucos e misture suavemente, vá colocando a farinha peneirada delicadamente, não mexa muito pois o brownie pode não dar aquela casquinha crocante que é o mais importante.
Coloque em uma forma pequena ou média ( formato de sua preferência) e coloque pra assar no forno pré aquecido em forno 180graus

Obs: a massa fica com aspecto pesado mesmo.


Mix the egg, sugar and oil, stir until creamy, add the nest milk little by little and mix gently, gradually add the sifted flour, do not stir too much as the brownie may not have that crunchy crust that is the most important thing.
Put it in a small or medium shape (the shape of your preference) and place it to bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees.

Note: the dough looks really heavy.


Caso queira pode colocar pedaços de chocolate no meio da massa ou acrescentar mais leite ninho 

If you want, you can put pieces of chocolate in the middle of the dough or add more nest milk.

Obs : ele não fica muito craquelado  (casquinha),  mais fica muito saboroso.

Note: it doesn't get very cracked (casquinha), but it's very tasty.
