- Wheat Flour2 cup
- Sugar90 g
- Oil150 ml
- Whole milk150 ml
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Filling: powdered milk1 cup
- condensed milk450 g
- Sour cream200 g
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Syrup: whole milk300 ml
- Nest milk2 tablespoon
- condensed milk100 g
- Strawberries for decoration300 g
- In the mixer, I added the eggs and sugar and beat for 5 minutes, turned off the mixer and added the flour, milk and oil, mixed with the help of a whisk and lastly the yeast, put the dough in a square shape greased with butter and floured, I took it to the oven for 35 minutes.
- In a pan, I put the ingredients for the filling, took it over low heat for 15 minutes until it was very creamy and unglued from the bottom of the pan, poured it into a container, covered it with plastic and let it cool.
- In another pan I mixed all the ingredients of the syrup, I left it in the fire until it boils.
- I removed the cake from the oven, cut it in half, wet both parts of the cake with the already cold syrup, used all the filling, put some whole strawberries in the middle of the filling, covered with the other part of the cake, decorated with nest milk and strawberries , took it to the fridge before serving.
