Nest Cheesecake with Strawberry

- Nest Milk Powder7 tablespoon
- Sifted gems2 unit(s)
- Cream cheese400 g
- whipped cream (measure still liquid)100 ml
- Full natural yogurt (half a cup)85 g
- Strawberry (2 boxes-reserve some for garnish) to taste
- Ready-made strawberry jam (1 pot)320 g
- refined sugar2 tablespoon
- Biscuit cornstarch (1 pack)200 g
- Margarine (+/- 5 tablespoons)100 g
- 🍓 In a pan mix condensed milk, cream milk, yolks and powdered milk well until it's homogeneous. Take it to the fire until it's very creamy and firm, like almost curling point. Let cool.
- 🍓 In a mixer, beat the whipped cream and book. In the same bowl beat the cream cheese together with the natural yogurt until it becomes a smooth cream. Add the already cold nest milk cream made earlier and beat a little more until everything is homogeneous.
- 🍓 In the blender grind the maizena cookie. Melt the margarine and add it to the crushed biscuits until it forms a very moist crumb. Line the base and a little of the side of an aluminum mold with a removable bottom measuring 25 cm in diameter. Arrange well and place in the oven for 10 minutes. Let cool.
- 🍓 Sanitize the strawberries, chop and cook with the sugar until it dries up some of the liquid formed and has the consistency of jelly.
- 🍓 Add the ready-made strawberry jam to the nest cream without mixing too much and pour all that cream over the baked biscuit base. Take it to freeze.
- 🍓 When serving, cover the pie with the homemade jelly and decorate with strawberries.
