- Roasted skinless peanuts1 cup
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Sour cream200 g
- Nest Milk1/2 cup
- Condensed milk395 g
- Nest Milk1 tablespoon
- Place all the ingredients in a pan and mix well with a silicone spatula.
- Place over medium heat, stirring constantly, until reduced, thickened and released from the bottom of the pan.
- On a plate spread a tablespoon of powdered milk and the spoonfuls make the portions of the pé de moleque.
- Let cool well and serve.
