- Milk powder140 g
- Sour cream100 g
- Powdered milk or candy to roll to taste
- Place the condensed milk, the Ninho milk, the margarine or butter and the cream in a pan;
- Take it on low fire, always stirring, this is very important so that it doesn't burn. When you reach the brigadeiro point, keep it for another 2 minutes, to maintain a firmer consistency and easier to roll;
- Pour the Ninho milk brigadeiro on a plate greased with butter; Cover with plastic bag and let cool at room temperature;
- When it is completely cold, take a small portion with the spoon. With greased hands make balls, approximately 10 to 15 g each.
- After rolling the brigadeiro ball, pass it in Ninho milk or confetti.
