- condensed milk1 can(s)
- Good quality Milk Powder1 cup
- Heavy cream1 can(s)
- whole milk120 ml
- margarine (preferably unsalted)1 tablespoon
- Put all the ingredients in a pan.
- Before taking to the fire, mix everything very well until the mixture is homogeneous.
- Then lead to medium fire.
- Stir non stop until it thickens and starts to release from the bottom of the pan.
- TIP: At this stage, the stuffing is not very firm, it becomes like thick porridge.
- remove from heat and transfer the stuffing to a bowl.
- Cover with plastic film and let the nest milk filling cool completely.
- TIP: Don't take it to the fridge.
- After this cooling time, the stuffing will be ready.
- TIP: Do not use the still warm filling in your truffles, as it will melt your chocolate.
