- Milk Powder300 g
- Mix the condensed milk and the icing sugar until all the pebbles are dissolved.
- Add the powdered milk little by little, squeezing the dough with your hands.
- Sprinkle powdered milk on the dough until it completely detaches from your fingers.
- Line a surface with parchment paper and place the dough
- Roll out the dough with a wooden rolling pin
- Use a pastry cutter, glass, or circle cutter to shape the pastries.
- After cutting, fill the dough in a circle to taste (brigadeiro, Nutella, dulce de leche)
- Close the pastries with a little water on the edge.
