- In the blender, beat the condensed milk, the cream and the powdered milk until homogenized. Transfer to a pan and place over medium heat, stirring until slightly thickened. Let cool. Mix the chocolate with the cream until creamy. In a medium refractory, make a layer with half of the Ninho® milk mousse, spread the chocolate ganache and cover with the remaining powdered milk mousse. Decorate with chocolate shavings and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
