- In a pan or milk jug, hydrate the gelatin by mixing it with 4 tablespoons of water at room temperature and set aside.
- Blend the condensed milk and the cream in a blender.
- Then add the powdered milk, beat again and set aside.
- Dissolve the hydrated gelatin with 1 cup of water over low heat.
- Mix the dissolved gelatin with the cream and hit the blender again.
- Pour the mixture into a serving dish and refrigerate for 2 hours to harden.
