- In the blender, place the condensed milk, the cream, the nest milk and beat well, add the dissolved gelatin according to the package instructions and beat well.
- Transfer to a refractory and refrigerate until firm.
- For the jam, take to the low fire, two spoons of sugar together with the strawberries sanitized and broken in half. Always stir.
- Note that the strawberry begins to release water that forms the syrup. The point is when the strawberries are very soft.
- Let it cool and put it on the mousse, take it to freeze.
