- Small banana4 unit(s)
- Oat bran2 cup
- Rice Flour1 cup
- Cashew Nut Paste450 g
- Chocolate 70%200 g
- Honey2 tablespoon
- Demerara sugar4 tablespoon
- Chopped walnuts to taste
- Place the peeled bananas in a bowl and mash well with a fork until creamy.
- Add the oat bran, sugar and rice flour and stir well until you form a homogeneous mass and you can make small balls (if necessary add more oats)
- Grease silicone molds for cupcakes with little butter and oat bran
- Place the dough in the molds, hitting the sides well to get the shape of tartlets.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 18 minutes or until golden
- Wait for it to cool down and unmold it carefully.
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave every 30 seconds
- When the chocolate is well melted, add the cashew nut paste and mix well until smooth.
- Finally add the honey and mix again very well.
- Put this chocolate cream inside each tartlet filling it very well.
- Decorate with chopped walnuts
- Put it in the fridge for about 30 minutes
- Serve then đ
- Tip: you can decorate with fruits of your choice đ use your creativity and whatever you have at home đ
