Ninho Milk Pudding with Nutella syrup

- condensed milk400 g
- Whole milk400 ml
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Nest Milk1 cup
- Nutella100 g
- Sour cream50 g
- In the blender add condensed milk, milk, eggs and Ninho milk. Let it mix on high speed for about 3 minutes.
- In molds for mini puddings, add the mixture and bake in a bain-marie to bake at 180° (about 40 minutes or until cooked completely)
- While the puddings are baking, let's prepare the Nutella syrup: add the Nutella in a bowl. Take it in the microwave for 30 seconds, after adding the cream of milk and mix well until you form a homogeneous cream. Reserve
- After the puddings are ready, leave them in the fridge for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- To serve unmold the mini pudding and put the Nutella syrup on top
- Great choice of sweetie, easy to make and it's delicious
