- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Powdered milk3 tablespoon
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Maizena Biscuit to taste
- Milk to taste
- Make the white brigadeiro with condensed milk, nest milk and butter
- When ready, add the cream and set aside.
- Make the filling of your choice (in my case I chose strawberry jam)
- In a refractory, intersperse layers of the nest brigadeiro with layers of the strawberry jam
- Remember to soak the cornstarch in the milk (1 layer of the nest brigadeiro, 1 layer of the cornstarch biscuit soaked in the milk and 1 layer of the filling of your choice
- Finish if you want with powdered milk on top
- Leave in the freezer for at least 2 hours
