- Cheesecake: Cream cheese200 g
- Fresh cream200 g
- Refined sugar50 g
- Vanilla essence1 teaspoon
- Syrup: frozen berries250 g
- Port wine50 ml
- Refined sugar30 ml
- Beat the fresh cream in the mixer for two minutes, add the sugar, lemon juice, vanilla essence and cream cheese until you reach a creamy consistency.
- Place the red fruits, port wine and sugar in a pan. Let it cook for 20 minutes on medium heat. Beat with a mixer just to break up the larger fruits. Let cool.
- Mix 2/3 of the syrup into the cheesecake until well blended. Pour the cream into glasses, alternating with the syrup. Let it freeze for 1 hour.
