- With the help of the mixer, make a creamy cream with the brown sugar, butter and eggs. Then put the wheat flour, ground cinnamon, milk and 100g of chopped walnuts, beat a little more and when everything is mixed add the baking powder and mix a little more. In a greased form put the cake dough and take it to the oven for 35 minutes.
- For the filling, I used 1 pot and 1/2 of dulce de leche and 150 g of chopped walnuts, to make it creamier I added 4 spoons of cream, but it could also be milk. For the topping, I used the other half of the dulce de leche and added 5 tablespoons of the cream and mixed everything until it was a little creamier.
