- Wheat2 cup
- Sugar2 cup
- Vanilla1 tablespoon
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Nuts100 g
- Apricot50 g
- Beat the eggs in the mixer until light cream, add the butter and sugar and beat well.
- Add the wheat, milk and vanilla and beat well until you get a smooth dough.
- Add the yeast, and stir with a spatula. Chop the walnuts and apricots and mix the dough.
- Bake in the oven for 45 minutes on a medium sized baking sheet.
