- Dulce de leche (ready to buy)400 g
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Sugar2 tablespoon
- Unflavored Gelatin Powder Envelope1 unit(s)
- Water3 tablespoon
- Chopped walnuts200 g
- Egg whites5 unit(s)
- Whipped cream (bought ready) and walnuts to decorate to taste
- In the blender, beat the dulce de leche, the cream, the sugar and the gelatin sprinkled in the water and dissolved in a bain-marie until smooth.
- Place in a bowl, gently mix the walnuts and snow whites. Place in individual cups and refrigerate for 4 hours. Decorate with whipped cream and walnuts. Serve.
