Nutella and Nest Milk Truffle Panettone

- Butter4 tablespoon
- Milk powder6 tablespoon
- Nutella150 g
- Chocolate200 g
- Cut the lid and the core of the panettone and set aside.
- Prepare the Ninho milk brigadeiro, adding 1 can of condensed milk, powdered milk, butter and cream in a pan. Stir over medium heat until you get the brigadier point. Reserve.
- Prepare the Nutella Brigadeiro, adding 1 can of condensed milk, 2 tablespoons of butter, and the hazelnut cream in a pan. Stir over medium heat until you get the brigadier point. Reserve.
- Prepare the ganache, chopping the chocolate and taking it to melt in the microwave every 30 seconds. Add 100g of cream at room temperature. Stir until smooth and set aside.
- Mounting: Add a part of the Nutella Brigadeiro to the panettone. Cover with a layer of panettone. Then add the Ninho milk brigadeiro. And alternate the layers of brigadeiro and panettone. Close with the lid, and cover with the ganache. Decorate with rolled brigadiers and strawberries! Merry Christmas!
