- Cornmeal Biscuit250 g
- unsalted butter200 g
- Confectioner's sugar50 g
- Hazelnut cream400 g
- Cream cheese500 g
- Whipped cream200 g
- Pass the biscuit through the processor until it turns into crumbs. Add the butter.
- Put the dough in a removable bottom shape or with a plastic lined until it covers the entire bottom then take it to the freezer for 10 min.
- Meanwhile, beat the cream cheese with the sugar until smooth, then add the hazelnut cream.
- Place the filling over the biscuit base. Whip the whipped cream well chilled until it reaches the point, add it over the cheesecake and garnish as you prefer. Here I used the hazelnut cream itself.
- Take it to the fridge, unmold and decorate a little before serving.
