- Mix Nutella, egg and flour until you get a homogeneous mixture. Make disks with the dough. If you choose to fill, leave the Nutella in the fridge beforehand. After opening the discs, place a little Nutella in the center and cover with another disc. This recipe yields about 10 large filled cookies, or about 20 without filling. Cover a form with parchment paper and distribute the cookies. Leave some distance between them as they spread out in the oven and can end up sticking to each other. Bake in a low oven (100°C) for about 10 minutes. Watch the process to avoid burning. It is normal for the cookie not to be completely hardened when you take it out. It is preferable that the discs are thicker than wide, to prevent them from burning.
