- Nutella1 cup
- Wheat flour1 cup
- Beaten egg1 unit(s)
- Nutella for filling optional to taste
- Mix Nutella, egg and flour until you get a homogeneous mixture.
- Make disks with the dough.
- If you choose to fill, leave the Nutella in the fridge beforehand.
- After opening the discs, place a little Nutella in the center and cover with another disc.
- Cover a shape with parchment paper and distribute the cookies.
- Leave some distance between them as they spread out in the oven and can end up sticking to each other.
- Bake in a low oven (100°C) for about 10 minutes.
- Watch the process to avoid burning.
- It is normal for the cookie not to be completely hardened when you take it out.
- It is preferable that the discs are thicker than wide, to prevent them from burning.
