- Ricotta200 g
- Flaked almonds to taste
- In the mixer, beat the eggs until they are well aerated. Add the dented ricotta with a fork and the Nutella. Beat until you get a very homogeneous mix.
- Transfer to a 22 cm diameter round shape. It is important that the mold has a removable bottom, is greased and lined with aluminum foil on the outside.
- Cover with the laminated almonds and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 50 minutes. Develop and when it is very cold or frozen.
