- Nutella350 g
- Condensed milk395 g
- Milk400 ml
- Egg3 unit(s)
- Refined sugar1/2 cup
- Start by making a dry caramel with the sugar and spread it all over the pan.
- Blend all other ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Pour this pudding mixture into the mold with the caramel. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a bain-marie in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 1h40m.
- Take it to the fridge and unmold it.
- Tips for unmoulding: Run a knife around the edge of the pudding and place the mold for a minute on the stove flame so that the caramel melts and the pudding comes off the mold more easily.
