- Nutella200 g
- Sugar2 tablespoon
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Grease the ramekins and sprinkle with sugar. Remove excess.
- In a bowl, beat the sugar with the yolks until pale and creamy. Add Nutella and mix well.
- Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt.
- Add 1/3 of the egg whites with the Nutella and mix well. Add the rest, mix very gently, until smooth.
- Bake for about 15 minutes, until well risen.
