- oat flakes=1 cup of tea1 cup

- Chocolate powder 50%=6 tbsp6 tablespoon
- Cinnamon powder = Half a teaspoon1/2 to taste
- Margarine with salt or without salt = 3 spoons3 tablespoon
- 1 egg1 cup
- Vanilla essence = 1 tbsp August1 to taste
- Chocolate tablet, raisin, flaxseed, to taste3 to taste
