oat flakes=1 cup of tea1 cup
Oat flour=1 cup of tea1 cup
Baking soda=1 tsp1 teaspoon
Demerara sugar = Half a cup of tea1/2 cup

Cinnamon powder = Half a teaspoon1/2 to taste
Margarine with salt or without salt = 3 spoons3 tablespoon
1 egg1 cup
Vanilla essence = 1 tbsp August1 to taste
Chocolate tablet, raisin, flaxseed, to taste3 to taste

Place all the ingredients in a bowl first the dry and then the liquids. Mix with your hands until smooth.
Make balls with small portions and place in a roasting pan mounted with oil and wheat. leaving spaces between them
