- Sour cream1 can(s)
- In a pan, put the condensed milk and margarine, take it over low heat and keep stirring until it reaches the point of brigadier.
- Turn off the heat and add the cream.
- Once it cools down, you can mount the bonbon on a platter or in bowls, a layer of cream and a layer of strawberry, finally another layer of cream.
- If you like, you can put a ganache on top. It's optional.
