Condensed milk2 can(s)
Milk1 l
Margarine2 tablespoon
Corn starch4 tablespoon
Dark chocolate200 g
Green seedless grapes to taste
Fresh Strawberries to taste
Sour cream200 g

In a heavy-bottomed pan, add the two cans of condensed milk, the milk, the margarine, and the cornstarch, mix well;
Bring to a medium low heat, and do not stop stirring until you get the point. The right point is a cream not too thin and not too thick. Be careful not to burn the bottom.
After the cream has completely cooled, line a platter half with the strawberries and half with the grapes, then add the cream and set aside;
While the dessert is cooling, microwave 200g of semisweet chocolate, every 30 seconds, until completely melted;
Add the cream to the melted chocolate and mix until smooth, forming a ganache;
Add the ganache over the white cream, as a topping, and decorate to taste!
Refrigerate for 1 hour, and serve chilled!
