- Whole wheat flour2 cup
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Culinary sweetener2/3 cup
- Orange Juice200 ml
- Yogurt1/4 cup
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- grated carrot1 unit(s)
- Ginger Powder1 coffee spoon
- Cinnamon1 dessert spoon
- Vanilla Essence1 teaspoon
- With a wire whisk or in an electric mixer, beat the eggs, sweetener and butter.
- Add the vanilla essence, powdered ginger and cinnamon.
- Gradually add the wheat flour, yogurt and orange juice. Mix well.
- Incorporate the grated carrot and yeast into the dough and bake in a medium, preheated oven for about 40 minutes.
- TIP: mix 3 spoons of yogurt, 3 spoons of powdered milk, the juice of 1 orange and pour over the still hot cake. Decorate with orange zest and almonds.
